Procurement Officer – Corporate Gifts & Promotional Items

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and procurement of corporate gifts, promotional items, customized products, packaging and related materials for our clients in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review client requirements from Sales/Project teams, including specifications, quantities, branding, budget and delivery dates.
• Source suitable items, identify new local and international suppliers, obtain and compare multiple quotations, and prepare recommendation sheets.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, minimum order quantities, samples and customization with vendors.
• Coordinate samples, mock‑ups, branding methods and packaging before order placement.
• Issue purchase requests, LPOs/POs, track supplier performance and ensure delivery matches approved specifications.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date supplier database, product catalogs and sourcing records.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of procurement/sourcing experience, preferably in corporate gifts, promotional items or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar and UAE supplier markets; international sourcing experience is a plus.
• Resourceful, solution‑oriented and able to manage multiple urgent RFQs under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
