Product Manager - E-commerce

About the role

Nology Store is hiring a Product Manager in Doha, Qatar, to lead the development and optimisation of its fast-delivery e-commerce platforms and internal operations systems. The role suits someone who understands both the technical and commercial sides of e-commerce and can turn business needs into digital solutions that increase orders and improve profitability. The position is full-time, based in Qatar or working with a Doha team remotely if strong.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and sprint priorities for the mobile app, website and internal ops tools.
• Write clear specs and tickets for developers covering cart recovery, delivery fees, refunds, warehouse tools and catalog updates.
• Set up and fix tracking so marketing can see real purchases by channel, including pixels, conversion APIs, product feeds and GA4 events for app and web.
• Connect marketing tools so campaigns work for the app and the website.
• Coordinate with tech, marketing, customer service and ops, flag blockers early and keep releases clean.
• Manage release notes, feature flags and basic reporting on installs and key flows.
• Spot missing data and push for fixes that show what sells and what breaks.
• Run customer feedback sessions and use data and direct input to learn what people in Qatar want.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce or consumer applications.
• Shipped features for both mobile app and website within the same company.
• Comfortable coordinating across tech, marketing and ops teams.
• Clear writing, able to explain trade-offs without jargon.
• Habit of talking to customers and turning their feedback plus data into better products; understands local culture.

Required skills

• Strong experience writing specs and working with developers.
• Hands-on tracking setup (pixels, conversion APIs, product catalogs, GA4 or similar).
• Nice to have: delivery or warehouse management tools, and familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP systems from a product management perspective.
