Product Marketing Specialist

About the role

ABB is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to drive product marketing strategy for its Low Voltage System, Electrification and Smart Power portfolio in Doha, Qatar. You will work closely with the Marketing & Sales Manager and the sales organisation to translate global product strategy into local market actions and support customers in the Oil & Gas and Data Center sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the product marketing strategy for the assigned area/segment in line with the global roadmap.
• Define and communicate product value propositions and positioning.
• Achieve product marketing targets and manage budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Drive order achievement and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Execute the annual marketing plan together with division and product groups.
• Develop business plans to generate new opportunities in the defined market.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of product marketing experience in Low Voltage Systems, MCCs and Busways.
• Strong knowledge of IEC standards and Digital Relays.
• Experience in Oil & Gas and Data Center markets.
• Engineering degree (Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical).
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid Qatar driving licence.
