Product Support Operations Manager – F-15 Maintenance

About the role

The Product Support Operations Manager will lead day‑to‑day F‑15 retrofit, repair, modification and maintenance activities at Al Udeid Air Base, supporting a mission‑critical CLS environment. The role ensures contractual compliance, timely aircraft return to service, and close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance operations across multiple areas, ensuring compliance with contractual, customer, and organizational standards.
• Develop and maintain interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless maintenance services.
• Analyze technical documents (TOs, TCTOs, engineering data) to plan workflow, resources, capacity, and execution timelines.
• Ensure timely execution of all maintenance activities so aircraft are returned to service on schedule and to required standards.
• Oversee cost targets, identify cost‑reduction initiatives, and manage manpower planning, staffing, training, and performance management.
• Promote continuous‑improvement initiatives such as Safety Culture, First Time Quality, FOD reporting, SMS and One BPS.
• Work with the Quality Team to address occurrences and audit findings promptly.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (team lead, temporary manager, or formal manager) or completion of Boeing’s “Exploring Leadership” course.
• 1+ years of technical oversight of aircraft maintenance or modifications, with experience briefing U.S. Government customers.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AFI 21‑101.
• 5+ years of experience with F‑15 aircraft systems (preferred).
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain an interim and final U.S. Secret security clearance.
