Project Delivery Manager

About the role

As a Project Delivery Manager you will own project delivery, profit & loss accountability and customer satisfaction by managing project activities and resources for energy industry customers.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure project implementation and integrate work packages and constraints into accurate project plans.
• Monitor progress, produce reliable forecasts and keep all functions informed with up‑to‑date reports.
• Provide the customer with relevant status reports and projections.
• Advise functional managers on approaches, processes and procedures within your domain.
• Communicate with colleagues and business units to solve complex problems.
• Lead medium‑sized projects or act as a major contributor on larger programmes.
• Coordinate several projects simultaneously and lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or high‑school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of project‑management experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning.
• Previous experience in the wellhead sector.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven interpersonal, leadership and influencing abilities.
• Ability to lead small teams and drive moderate‑scope initiatives.
• Effective problem‑identification and solution skills.
• Analytical and organisational capability.
