Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi‑billion‑dollar infrastructure programme in Doha, Qatar. The role oversees design and construction, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget and in line with contractual obligations while representing the client’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan, Health & Safety Plan and QA/QC Plan.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget and commercial performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies and internal teams to negotiate scope changes and resolve issues.
• Lead the construction management team, assign responsibilities and evaluate performance.
• Oversee change order processes and ensure timely documentation and approvals.
• Facilitate public meetings and regulatory negotiations on behalf of the client.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of contractual, financial and regulatory aspects of project delivery.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing and executing project‑level plans and reports.

Required skills

• Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2).
• Construction contract administration.
• Risk and change management.
• Health, safety and quality assurance processes.
