Project Manager – Luxury Residential Construction (Doha, Qatar)

About the role

Stafford Lawrence Ltd is seeking a high‑calibre Project Manager to lead the construction of a prestigious 5,000 m² private villa on The Pearl‑Qatar. The role involves overseeing the superstructure and high‑end fit‑out for a two‑year luxury residential project, reporting to the Senior Project Manager and acting as the primary client liaison on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of the villa, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to design specifications.
• Coordinate all construction activities, including basement works, four residential levels, and extensive external works.
• Maintain close communication with the client, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly.
• Control project schedule, budget, and quality standards throughout the two‑year contract.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognised Western university.
• PMP certification highly preferred; MRICS or MCIOB also considered.
• 7‑10 years of experience in high‑end luxury residential construction or complex fit‑outs within a construction consultancy.
• Proven ability to work on site and manage client relationships.
