Terminal Standards Supervisor

About the role

The Terminal Standards Supervisor ensures that cleaning services at Hamad International Airport meet the agreed scope of work and key performance indicators. This role involves close collaboration with outsourced janitorial contractors to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the terminal.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct joint cleaning audits with janitorial contractors at the Passenger Terminal Complex (PTC) to verify compliance with scope and KPIs.
• Uphold MATAR safety standards and ensure cleaning activities are performed safely.
• Review and understand documentation required for effective cleaning operations.
• Monitor and enforce MATAR procedures and standards, ensuring contractor compliance.
• Complete daily shift reports, participate in shift handovers, and flag any issues to maintain workflow continuity.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Required profile

• High school, vocational qualification or diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Accredited cleaning certification such as BICS or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow company procedures and standards.
• Team‑oriented attitude.
