Project Manager – Oil & Gas Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of buildings and infrastructure projects within the Oil & Gas and Energy sector in the GCC, preferably Qatar. The role involves overseeing all phases of project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of Oil & Gas/Energy building and infrastructure projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, subcontractors, consultants and site teams while coordinating with clients and internal departments.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical, operational and commercial issues, and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project standards.
• Review contracts, identify variations, claims and risks, and protect contractor interests.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates and commercial assessments to management and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 15 + years of experience in construction/project management, with strong technical, commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Extensive experience managing large‑scale EPC projects in the GCC, preferably Qatar and with Qatar Energy LNG projects.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
