About the role
The Property Management Specialist will oversee residential and commercial assets in Qatar, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with local regulations. This role combines tenant relations, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and financial oversight to maximise property performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of assigned properties, coordinating repairs and upkeep with facility and maintenance teams.
- Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Administer leases, including renewals, terminations, and amendments, and conduct move‑in/move‑out inspections.
- Monitor rental payments, work with finance for collections, and maintain accurate tenant and lease records.
- Prepare property budgets, track expenses, and generate performance reports.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality work, cost control, and timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar real‑estate laws, company policies, and support audit processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of property management experience within Qatar’s real‑estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of leasing, tenant management, and maintenance coordination.
- Familiarity with local property regulations and company policies.
Required skills
- Proficiency with property management systems.
- Advanced use of MS Office applications.
