Property Sales Specialist – Doha Real Estate

About the role

Banke International Properties is looking for a motivated Property Sales Specialist to join its Doha team. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties while contributing to the growth of a market‑leading real‑estate brand in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their property needs.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, values, and investment opportunities in Qatar.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other business‑development strategies.
• Prepare and present property listings with detailed descriptions, pricing, and features.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance throughout transactions.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, listings, and transactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real‑estate role.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar real‑estate market, regulations, and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Qatar driving licence preferred.
