About the role
Banke International Properties is looking for a motivated Property Sales Specialist to join its Doha team. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties while contributing to the growth of a market‑leading real‑estate brand in Qatar.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their property needs.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, values, and investment opportunities in Qatar.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other business‑development strategies.
- Prepare and present property listings with detailed descriptions, pricing, and features.
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance throughout transactions.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, listings, and transactions in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real‑estate role.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar real‑estate market, regulations, and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid Qatar driving licence preferred.
