Proposal Analyst - Social, Healthcare, and Public Entities

About the role

Join McKinsey's Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) team in Doha, supporting client activation and proposal development across public and social sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal documents and processes, ensuring timely, high‑quality content under the guidance of Proposal Managers and Specialists.
• Create and maintain proposal assets such as templates, compliance matrices, playbooks, and digital tools.
• Conduct research and quantitative/qualitative analysis to inform hypotheses, customize proposals, and engage subject‑matter experts.
• Collaborate with consultants, practice leadership, and cross‑functional teams (Finance, Risk, Legal) to co‑create distinctive proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2‑4 years of experience in client services, public‑sector proposals, business development, or communications.
• Strong project‑management, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial, results‑oriented mindset with high professional and ethical standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience using AI‑enabled tools such as generative AI, proposal automation platforms, and research tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
