Protective Coatings Sales Executive

About the role

The Protective Coatings Sales Executive will promote and sell Asian Paints Berger protective coating products to both existing and new customers in Qatar. The role focuses on building strong relationships, achieving sales and margin targets, and expanding market share.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and visit existing and prospective customers regularly within assigned territories and targets.
• Develop new accounts by presenting product solutions, conducting pre‑qualification sampling, and negotiating commercial terms.
• Prepare quotations, sign annual rate contracts for key customers, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage collections, ensure payments are received on credit terms, and use CRM tools to resolve customer complaints.
• Collaborate with technology teams to identify product gaps and support new product development.
• Provide on‑site technical support, monitor project progress, and ensure timely, quality completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B technical sales or business development experience in protective coatings or related industry.
• Willingness to travel extensively across project sites and new geographies.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
