QA/QC Manager – Theme Park & Entertainment

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance for a landmark luxury hospitality and entertainment development in Qatar. You will oversee the Project Quality Management System from design through handover, ensuring the project meets contractual, regulatory and client quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a Project Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and client requirements.
• Review and monitor Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, Method Statements and related procedures prepared by contractors and consultants.
• Coordinate quality activities across design‑build contractors, supervision consultants, specialist consultants, attraction vendors and suppliers.
• Plan and conduct quality audits, inspections, FAT/SAT, mock‑ups, sample approvals and management reviews.
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports, Corrective Action Requests and quality improvement actions through to close‑out.
• Monitor quality performance using KPIs, dashboards and trend analysis, reporting regularly to the Project Director and client.
• Support testing and commissioning by verifying documentation completeness and system compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in QA/QC management on large‑scale construction projects, preferably in hospitality, leisure or entertainment sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management principles.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including design‑build contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Familiarity with statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to construction projects.
