Quality Specialist & Executive Assistant to GM

About the role

The Quality Specialist / Executive Assistant to the General Manager supports both quality assurance initiatives and executive administrative functions at St. Regis Doha. This dual role ensures the property meets brand standards while providing seamless support to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of quality assurance processes that align with brand standards and guest expectations.
• Greet visitors, manage office flow, and direct guests to appropriate areas.
• Prepare, read, and respond to routine correspondence, attaching relevant files as needed.
• Take and distribute meeting minutes, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain organized filing systems.
• Prepare letters, memos, and documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
• Enter and retrieve information from computer databases, update records, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Operate standard office equipment such as telephone, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals.
• Document guest requests and complaints, communicating them to the appropriate personnel.

• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
