Raffles Ambassador – Luxury Front Office Role

About the role

We are seeking a Raffles Ambassador to be the gracious first point of contact for guests at Raffles Doha, delivering highly personalised arrival and departure experiences that reflect the brand’s timeless elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Raffles brand standards.
• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring refined and personalised arrival and departure.
• Manage check‑in, check‑out, room assignments, billing and cashiering accurately.
• Anticipate guest preferences and personalise interactions throughout the stay.
• Serve as knowledgeable ambassador of the hotel’s dining venues, wellness facilities and local experiences.
• Coordinate closely with Butler Service, Concierge, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences to enhance recognition and loyalty.
• Support VIP arrivals, special occasions and bespoke guest arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations or luxury hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished presence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
• Professional problem‑solving skills with a calm, composed approach.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems (advantage).
• Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
