Real Estate Consultant

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Consultant position is based in Al‑Daayen, Qatar. You will advise clients on property opportunities, conduct viewings and guide them through buying, selling or leasing processes while ensuring a smooth transaction experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client portfolios and generate new leads.
• Prepare and present property proposals tailored to client needs.
• Conduct property viewings and provide market insights.
• Negotiate terms and contracts to secure favorable outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for transaction execution.
• Support client onboarding and provide training on real‑estate processes when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports and up‑to‑date knowledge of local market trends and regulations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of real‑estate concepts, local market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven sales experience with lead generation, client relationship management and deal closing.
• Effective negotiation abilities and experience in training or coaching clients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Al‑Daayen and adapt to a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
