About the role
Q Bay Real Estate Brokerage is expanding its team in Lusail, Qatar, and is seeking experienced Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agents. The role involves generating leads, assisting clients with property transactions, and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice.
- Negotiate offers and close sales transactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on the Qatar real estate market and available properties.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of real estate sales experience in Qatar.
- Valid Qatar driving license and own car.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Knowledge of the Qatar real estate market.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and customer‑focused.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Use of social media platforms for marketing.
- Digital marketing tools to promote listings.
