Real Estate Advisory Manager

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Manager to lead day‑to‑day project work and grow the Infrastructure, Real Estate, Hospitality and Tourism Advisory business in Qatar. The role involves delivering high‑impact advisory services across a range of real‑estate and hospitality projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development activities, including proposal and business case preparation.
• Develop robust financial analysis models, reports, information memorandums and pitch materials.
• Lead hospitality‑specific workstreams such as hotel feasibility studies, operator selection and HMA benchmarking.
• Build and review operating models covering occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, USALI‑aligned expenses and GOP/EBITDA projections.
• Mentor junior consultants and analysts, and manage project budgeting and cash‑flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of advisory/consulting experience in real estate, hospitality or tourism, preferably in a Big 4 or equivalent firm.
• Post‑graduate degree in Management/MBA or related qualifications (CFA, CAIA, etc.).
• Strong understanding of GCC and Qatar hospitality and tourism markets.
• Excellent academic record and high commitment to quality delivery.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for financial modelling and valuations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for client presentations.
• Data visualization skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS (preferred).
