Recruitment Director – Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

The Recruitment Director will lead the end‑to‑end talent acquisition strategy for a leading Qatar healthcare group, overseeing all divisions and ensuring hiring aligns with ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy covering workforce planning, employer branding, executive hiring, physician recruitment, international sourcing, recruitment operations, and technology.
• Collaborate with business leaders to improve candidate experience, reduce time‑to‑hire, and strengthen the employer brand.
• Lead internal recruitment teams, manage external search partners, and drive workforce analytics initiatives.

Required profile

• Significant leadership experience managing high‑volume and executive recruitment in healthcare, hospitality, aviation, or similar complex service industries.
• Strong expertise in strategic workforce planning, international recruitment, executive search, and employer branding.
• Proven track record building recruitment centres of excellence and leading large teams within the GCC.
• Strategic thinker with strong operational leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
