Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Bureau Veritas Qatar is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join its HR team in Doha. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for multiple business lines, ensuring quality hires are delivered quickly and in line with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for several concurrent vacancies, from posting to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design effective sourcing strategies.
• Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates, maintaining a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
• Keep candidate and vacancy data accurate and up‑to‑date in tracking systems.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with Qatar labour law and Bureau Veritas internal policies.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline, especially within the oil and gas sector.
• Provide regular pipeline updates and reporting to HR and business stakeholders.
• Support employer branding and enhance candidate experience initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or agency.
• Proven track record recruiting for the oil and gas market.
• Prior recruitment experience in the Qatar market is essential.
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
