Refrigeration Technician

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a skilled Refrigeration Technician with strong Facility Management experience to maintain, troubleshoot and repair refrigeration, HVAC and chiller systems. The technician must be able to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance independently and join immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair refrigeration, HVAC and chiller systems.
• Diagnose faults in compressors, motors, controls and electrical components.
• Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections and breakdown repairs.
• Detect refrigerant leaks and carry out necessary repairs safely.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults using wiring diagrams.
• Maintain service and maintenance records.

Required profile

• Technical certificate or diploma in Refrigeration / HVAC.
• Minimum 3-4 years of Facility Management experience (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems, HVAC and chillers.
• Immediate availability required.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of compressors, motors, controls and electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of refrigerant handling, leak detection and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams.
