Regional HR Business Partner – Qatar

About the role

The Area HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a strategic role aligning HR strategies with business objectives across Caspian, Turkey and Qatar. Reporting to the Area VP and functionally to the MCA HR‑VP, the HRBP partners with functions and product lines to drive results, provide HR guidance, and ensure effective implementation of policies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
• Provide trusted HR advice on workforce planning, organizational design, talent acquisition, succession and performance management.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) on talent acquisition, learning & development, HRIS and rewards.
• Monitor employee engagement, address attrition in critical roles and drive initiatives to improve retention.
• Lead organizational restructuring, change‑management initiatives and ensure compliance with local labour laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business‑partner role.
• Experience in a regional or global organization is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems.
• Ability to use data analytics tools for HR reporting and decision‑making.
