Registered Nurse – Home Healthcare

About the role
We are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to deliver one‑to‑one clinical care to patients in the comfort of their homes. You will work closely with patients and families, supported by an ANM/Caregiver who handles non‑clinical tasks, allowing you to focus on professional nursing duties.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in a home‑health setting.
- Assess, monitor, and document patients' health conditions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor vital signs and promptly identify changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
- Coordinate with supervising physicians and the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and clinical standards.
Required profile
- GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, Post‑B.Sc., or M.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Strong patient‑care and communication abilities.
- Willingness to work in a home‑health environment.
- Eligibility to complete DataFlow, Prometric, and Hamad competency requirements.
