Registered Nurse (Home Healthcare)

About the role

We are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to deliver one‑to‑one clinical care to patients in the comfort of their homes. You will work closely with patients, families, and a dedicated ANM/Caregiver to ensure high‑quality nursing services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a home‑healthcare setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' health conditions.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
• Monitor vital signs and identify changes in patient condition.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
• Coordinate with the supervising physician and healthcare team regarding patient progress.
• Educate patients and family members on care plans and health management.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and clinical care standards.

Required profile

• GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, Post B.Sc., or M.Sc. Nursing qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong patient‑care and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work in a home‑healthcare environment.
• Eligibility to complete DataFlow, Prometric, and Hamad competency requirements.
