Registrar – School Administration

About the role

The Registrar will serve as the primary point of contact for parents after enrollment, managing all documentation and compliance with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) requirements. This role ensures accurate data handling, supports admissions, and assists with school inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Engage and MOEHE portals, including uploading student results, adding subjects, and updating class lists.
• Collect, verify, and distribute required documents from parents, such as identification, medical reports, and school forms.
• Issue transfer and leaving certificates, and handle any additional documentation required by MOEHE.
• Coordinate with finance, admissions, and the school nurse to ensure seamless student onboarding and re‑enrolment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date marketing materials in line with MOEHE regulations and support admissions in lead generation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with MOEHE processes in Qatar.
• Strong presentation, organization, and customer‑service abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in managing the MOEHE portal.
• Proficiency in managing the Engage portal.
