Relationship Manager – Media City Qatar

About the role

The Relationship Manager will act as the primary point of contact for licensees operating within Media City Qatar. You will support licensees throughout their lifecycle, from initial setup and licensing to ongoing administrative and business development needs, ensuring a positive and collaborative experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted‑advisor relationships with licensees after they establish operations in Media City.
• Assist licensees with licensing procedures, renewals, and governmental administrative support.
• Coordinate with internal functions to deliver incentive offerings, lease office space, manage fit‑outs, and provide media facilities.
• Facilitate local business opportunities by arranging meetings and collaborations with stakeholders.
• Collect feedback, develop retention policies, and design tools to measure and report customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in the media sector or free‑zone environments in Qatar is highly desired.
