Reservations Agent

About the role

The Reservations Agent will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and bookings across multiple channels. You will ensure accurate reservations, provide information about the hotel and local attractions, and support the successful opening and ongoing operations of voco Doha Central.

Key responsibilities

• Handle room reservations via phone, email, and online booking channels with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide guests with information about room types, rates, hotel facilities, and local attractions.
• Process new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Maximize room revenue through upselling and promoting hotel services and packages.
• Enter all reservation details accurately into the property management system.
• Maintain communication with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and other departments.
• Monitor room availability and assist with inventory management.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and reservation-related concerns.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Reservations Agent, Front Office Agent, or Guest Services Agent in a hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good understanding of hotel operations and revenue principles.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
