Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining Indian Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our fine‑dining Indian restaurant in Katara Cultural Village. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, ensuring smooth service flow and strict hygiene standards.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Engage with guests, address feedback promptly, and build long‑term loyalty.
• Manage P&L, control labor costs, monitor inventory, reduce waste, and drive revenue through strategic upselling.
• Maintain food presentation, service etiquette, and overall restaurant ambiance.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari health, safety, and labor regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in hospitality or restaurant operations within Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of the local dining landscape and consumer preferences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Professional demeanor, strong problem‑solving abilities, and capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
