Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Ned Doha, a luxury hotel in Doha's former Ministry of Interior building, is looking for a warm, energetic and inspiring Restaurant Manager to join its Food & Beverage team. The role centres on leading restaurant operations, delivering exceptional service and building a positive, collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth, exceptional service delivery.
• Create memorable guest experiences by maintaining high service and hospitality standards.
• Inspire, coach and develop the team, and drive a positive, engaging team culture.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and team performance.
• Monitor guest feedback and proactively improve service.
• Work closely with Culinary and other departments for seamless operations.
• Support financial goals through cost control and revenue generation.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene and brand standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills and a guest-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Leadership and team motivation.
• Operational knowledge of Food & Beverage service.
