Restaurant Manager – Luxury Beachfront Resort

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead the food‑and‑beverage outlet at Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl‑Qatar, delivering the brand’s signature luxury service to guests enjoying the beachfront location in Doha. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, from guest experience to staff performance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistent, high‑quality service that meets Four Seasons standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate restaurant staff, fostering a motivated team.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and maintain profitability.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to uphold guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with culinary, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
