About the role
The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations for the hotel's restaurants, bars and room service, ensuring high standards of service, sanitation and financial performance. This role involves hands‑on supervision, menu planning and supporting front‑of‑house staff during peak periods.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all restaurant, bar and room‑service activities, including staffing, service standards and sanitation compliance.
- Assist with menu planning, oversee purchasing, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs and drive revenue growth.
- Provide on‑floor support to servers and hosts during high‑demand periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team, maintain service excellence and uphold sanitation standards.
