About the role
The Restaurant Reservations Agent supports the Food & Beverage team by handling guest reservations, maintaining clean work areas, and providing courteous service throughout the shift. This position works closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience in a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with restaurant reservations, answer inquiries, and promote property services.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas using clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
- Operate point‑of‑sale and computer systems to enter and retrieve reservation information.
- Communicate with team members via pagers, two‑way radios, and email.
- Follow safety, security, and company policies, reporting any incidents promptly.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least one year of related work experience in hospitality or customer service.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
