Restaurants Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

As the Restaurants Manager at voco Doha Central, you will lead the food & beverage operations of a new luxury hotel, ensuring guests enjoy memorable dining experiences across all outlets, banquets and in‑room service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily food & beverage operations, including outlets, kitchens, banquet facilities and special events, while adhering to brand standards and operating policies.
• Lead, coach and develop a multicultural team of hospitality professionals and supervisors to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
• Set high service standards, implement improvements and identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations.
• Develop and execute F&B promotion calendars, assist in planning special event menus and drive initiatives to increase revenue and guest engagement.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, quality and operational compliance.
• Monitor financial performance by achieving budgeted revenues, controlling expenses and labour costs, and maximizing profitability across all F&B areas.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities and ensure smooth operations during daily service and special events.

Required profile

• Proven success as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury or upscale hotel, with at least four years managing All‑Day Dining, Banquet and In‑Room Dining operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts or a related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership ability to manage, motivate and develop multicultural teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, diverse hospitality environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
