Rostering Manager – Crew Scheduling

About the role

The Rostering Manager will lead Qatar Executive's crew rostering function, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient roster delivery for a multinational crew workforce. You will drive performance through data‑led decision‑making, regulatory compliance and fatigue‑risk management while aligning with EASA, QCAA and Qatar Airways Group standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the crew rostering team to provide continuous operational coverage for scheduled and ad‑hoc flights, ensuring compliance with company policies, EASA FTL and QCAA regulations.
• Oversee crew training planning, scheduling and tracking in line with regulatory obligations.
• Monitor fatigue‑risk indicators and implement mitigation strategies, promoting proactive fatigue awareness.
• Maintain and update the Crew Rostering Manual, SOPs and quick‑reference tools, driving process optimisation through analytics.
• Prepare the department for internal and external audits, ensuring corrective actions are closed on time.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team, managing performance, succession planning and resource utilisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in crew rostering or flight operations scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of EASA and QCAA regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Excellent analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Experience in fatigue‑risk management and audit readiness.
