Sales Executive – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

We are seeking a driven, customer‑focused Sales Executive for our Commercial Vehicles division in Qatar. You will sell buses and trucks, nurture existing client relationships, and generate new business to meet revenue and unit sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue, unit sales, and customer engagement targets through effective sales processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular market visits to prospects and customers to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations, negotiate pricing within approved parameters, and close orders.
• Manage customer requirements to ensure on‑time delivery, considering lead times and specification changes.
• Gather market and competitor information to support business planning, pricing, and product positioning.
• Support the Sales Manager with budgets, proposals, and action plans.
• Ensure timely customer payments and maintain healthy receivables.

Required profile

• Preferably a degree in Business Administration; engineering background is a plus.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably with reputable commercial vehicle brands.
• Experience in the Qatar market and a Qatar driving licence are preferred.

• Good understanding of commercial vehicles, especially buses and trucks.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
