Sales Executive - Foodservice (HORECA)

About the role

Chef Middle East is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join its sales team in Doha, Qatar. The role suits a proactive, commercially driven professional with a strong foodservice background and established HORECA relationships, who can independently manage and grow an existing customer portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of foodservice customers across hotels, restaurants and catering.
• Drive sales growth, achieve sales and gross profit margin targets and increase product penetration across multiple food categories.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer relationships.
• Manage customer pricing, negotiations, collections and outstanding payments in coordination with internal teams.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse business opportunities and keep accurate sales forecasts and CRM records up to date.
• Conduct regular customer visits, follow up on opportunities and deliver excellent customer service.
• Work with internal departments to support customer needs and resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of foodservice sales experience in Qatar, preferably with a food distributor.
• Established HORECA customer relationships.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Qatar driving licence.

Required skills

• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of margins, pricing and payment terms.
• Experience managing collections and overdue payments.
