Sales Executive – Lusail

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Lusail, Qatar. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships and achieving ambitious sales targets in a fast‑paced corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling and client referrals.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations, then prepare detailed quotations and customized proposals.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and leads systematically to convert prospects into confirmed business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and long‑term partnerships.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimise strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven B2B or corporate sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM software for sales pipeline management.
