Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead, manage and drive overall sales performance across all MTM Group gym facilities and brands, developing and implementing group‑wide sales strategies to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for all gym facilities in line with revenue objectives.
• Set monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for each location and own consolidated membership sales performance.
• Monitor performance against budget, forecasts and historical results, initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Create monthly sales action and recovery plans for under‑performing facilities.
• Identify growth opportunities across membership categories, corporate accounts, campaigns and new market segments.
• Recommend pricing, membership packages, promotions and sales incentives based on market trends.
• Lead, coach and develop Sales Supervisors and sales teams, establishing consistent expectations and performance standards.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, pipelines, forecasts and action plans.
• Set individual and team KPIs, conduct performance reviews and coordinate training initiatives.
• Oversee lead management processes, monitor conversion metrics and implement improvements to reduce lost sales.
• Establish renewal and expiry management processes to improve retention and reduce attrition.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards and visual trackers for senior management.
• Identify system and process gaps, recommend and implement enhancements in collaboration with IT, Operations, Marketing and Finance.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and evaluate commercial effectiveness.
