Sales Manager – New Business (Qatar & Lower Gulf)

About the role

Criteo is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive new‑business growth across Qatar and the Lower Gulf. You will identify high‑potential prospects, convert them into strategic partnerships and expand Criteo’s direct client base in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and onboarding.
• Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to exceed revenue targets.
• Build relationships with senior decision‑makers and act as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Technical, Marketing, Product and Account Management teams to win complex opportunities.
• Use tools such as Salesforce, SimilarWeb and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate pipeline and manage opportunities.
• Represent Criteo at industry events, conferences and client meetings.

Required profile

• Strong network and established relationships within travel, retail and government sectors in Qatar and the Lower Gulf.
• Minimum 6 years of experience selling digital advertising, performance marketing or AdTech solutions.
• Proven success in a leading AdTech, MarTech, media or digital advertising organization.
• Experience engaging C‑level executives and leading commercial negotiations.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
