About the role
The Sales Officer reports to the Marketing and Sales Manager and acts as the primary link between customers and internal departments such as Collections and Finance. The role focuses on promoting products and services, negotiating contracts, and building lasting relationships to maximise profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Promote products and services to clients, conduct virtual meetings or sales visits, answer queries and introduce new offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and packages, establish new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
- Collect, analyse and report market data, trends and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Maintain and update customer records, prepare sales reports and ensure regular engagement to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a focus on customer relationship management.
- Ability to analyse market information, generate leads and follow up on referrals to drive business growth.
