Scaffolding Foreman – Offshore Qatar

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Foreman to lead scaffolding operations on offshore projects in Qatar. You will ensure all erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling.
• Ensure all work complies with offshore safety standards and procedures.
• Coordinate daily work planning with scaffolding teams, supervisors, and site personnel.
• Verify proper use of scaffolding materials, tools, PPE, and access systems.
• Maintain good housekeeping and enforce HSE compliance.

Required profile

• Relevant offshore experience as a Scaffolding Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards, safe access, and work‑at‑height procedures.
• Valid scaffolding certification or competency certificate preferred.
• Valid offshore certifications such as T‑BOSIET, H2S, and OMF.
• Immediate availability to join the project.
