SE Operations Coordinator

About the role

The SE Operations Coordinator supports Global Mobility and HR to ensure personnel are correctly mobilised, demobilised and trained for project assignments. The role combines logistics, administration and compliance tasks to keep project teams staffed and ready.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel mobilisation and demobilisation with Global Mobility, ensuring schedules are met.
• Obtain required medicals, visas and complete HSE, Code of Conduct and Sumtotal training before site travel.
• Perform site inductions, manage gate passes and arrange accommodation, prioritising staff housing.
• Oversee competency assessments, training certifications, renewals and upload records to Sumtotal.
• Collaborate with regional operations coordinators to optimise personnel utilisation.
• Assist the Operations Manager with recruitment, requisition creation in PeopleSoft, leaver processing and inter‑regional movement reporting.
• Train staff on time‑entry and expense reporting using Crew Time and PeopleSoft.
• Report HSE observations and Cost of Poor Quality issues for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in planning, organising and administering personnel logistics.
• Previous Integrity Management experience involving personnel logistics.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Basic understanding of Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT).
