Security Manager – Real Estate Asset Management

About the role

The Security Manager will lead all security operations at Doha Festival City Mall, protecting people, assets and information from threats such as assault, fraud and espionage. The role requires strong leadership, decisive emergency response and close coordination with city authorities and mall stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and oversee comprehensive security systems, including CCTV surveillance and entry‑control installations.
• Manage personal security for visitors, families and staff, and conduct surveillance to apprehend suspects.
• Coordinate event security, traffic flow, parking and crowd management with police, civil defence and city officials.
• Prepare and present incident reports, testify in court when required, and maintain the crisis‑management matrix.
• Conduct monthly security attendance checks, incident analysis, and regular meetings with anchor tenants and contractors.
• Oversee traffic‑management signage, vehicle access points and accident response in collaboration with Doha Police.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in security management, preferably in a large retail or real‑estate environment.
• Formal training in senior security management and prior service in national security, police or a similar agency.
• Proven ability to work independently, make emergent decisions and handle long‑hour shifts.

Required skills

• Electronic security systems implementation (CCTV, access control).
• Computer applications for report generation and presentation.
• Incident reporting and crisis‑management coordination.
