Senior Account Manager – Enterprise & Government

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead strategic account management for enterprise and government ICT customers. The role combines consultative selling, industry expertise, and business development to secure large‑scale technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key government entities and large enterprises.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with C‑suite executives, CIOs, CTOs and procurement stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue ICT opportunities arising from digital transformation, smart infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and AI initiatives.
• Lead complex solution sales covering networking, telecommunications infrastructure, data centres, cloud computing and digital platforms.
• Manage full sales cycles including qualification, proposal development, tender participation and contract closure.
• Provide market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the ICT industry with a focus on enterprise or government accounts.
• Deep specialization in at least one vertical industry such as Transportation, Healthcare, Energy or Government.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing major ICT contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
