Senior Associate – Branch Coaching & Mentoring

About the role

The Senior Associate – Branch Coaching & Mentoring will identify knowledge gaps among frontline sales and service staff across QNB’s retail network, design targeted learning solutions, and drive continuous improvement through regular branch visits and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Assess knowledge and skill gaps using assessments, mystery shopping results, and customer satisfaction data.
• Develop and deliver soft‑skill, product, and technical training programs in partnership with HRD and business heads.
• Conduct regular branch visits to verify compliance with policies, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
• Monitor key performance indicators, implement performance improvement plans, and support Qatarization‑focused development initiatives.
• Provide accurate information to auditors, compliance, risk, and financial control functions and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank.
