About the role

Calo Inc. is expanding its Central Production Unit in Qatar and seeks a Senior Chef De Partie to lead shift operations, ensure consistent high‑volume production, and uphold the company’s nutritional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team, providing clear communication and training aligned with Calo’s culture and brand values.
• Execute preparation and cooking according to precise recipe guidelines to meet calorie and macronutrient targets.
• Manage daily production plans, ensuring timely delivery of components to the dispatch team.
• Minimize waste through proper storage, labeling, rotation, and yield‑optimization practices.
• Conduct routine HACCP checks, sanitation, and safety protocols in a temperature‑controlled environment.
• Support and supervise junior personnel, collaborating with Kitchen Management, Supply Chain, and Dispatch teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 6‑8 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in high‑volume hotels or central kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards, preferably HACCP certified.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production setting.
• Fluent English communication skills.
