Senior Engineer - Cybersecurity

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer specialized in Cybersecurity to lead Red Team engagements and strengthen our defensive capabilities. You will work closely with Blue Teams, senior leadership, and external partners to simulate real‑world attacks and improve our security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on Red Team engagements covering application, infrastructure, and multi‑cloud environments.
• Simulate advanced persistent threats (APTs) to test detection and response.
• Develop custom tools, scripts, and exploits to support offensive operations.
• Collaborate with Blue Teams to refine detection, response, and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct threat modeling, attack‑surface analysis, and third‑party security assessments.
• Document findings and present detailed technical reports to technical and executive audiences.
• Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and offensive security techniques.

Required profile

• Proven experience in exploiting vulnerabilities in web applications, networks, and systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with security assessments of third‑party vendors and understanding of regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CEH, or CRTP are highly desirable.
