Senior Enterprise Architect (Roads O&M)

About the role

Egis is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to define, lead, and govern the overall architecture of its Information System for Roads Operations & Maintenance. The role ensures strategic alignment between business goals, processes, and technology, delivering a consistent, scalable, and sustainable target architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Define the enterprise architecture vision across business, data, applications, and infrastructure and maintain technology roadmaps.
• Map business processes, applications, data flows, and infrastructure; identify redundancies, obsolete systems, and technical risks.
• Support major transformation programs such as digital transformation, cloud migration, system urbanisation, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Establish and enforce architecture frameworks, standards, and guidelines across all projects.
• Act as liaison between executives, IT, data, cybersecurity teams, and external vendors; prepare decision‑making documents for senior management.
• Conduct technology watch on cloud, AI, big data, cybersecurity, IoT, and automation, proposing innovative improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture and leading large‑scale transformation projects.
• Strong ability to communicate architectural decisions to senior executives and technical teams.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders and external partners.
